Comments: I can not express enough how positive my experience was working with Frontpoint. They went beyond my expectations to complete the project. Not being a trained tech person, communication and explanation was a big concern. The staff was easy to work with and communicated with me every step of the way. I didn''t realize how complex our db was, so it took an additional effort for the staff to understand our business to accomplish the project, which they did. And again, they went beyond the scope of work. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend Frontpoint for both experienced and the not so

Comments: We had 42 bidders for our project that took 2 ½ months to evaluate. With over 500 sheets of documents to review we methodically examined each bidder as too their qualifications. Comments: I was very pleased with Frontpoint: we had good communication via both the eLance message board and also by phone. I am in the UK and they are in India & US which often meant that a request placed one evening was dealt with the following morning. They were flexible, looking for different solution as appropriate and implementing requested changes when things did not feel right first time. We had a fairly detailed specification to work from that I generated and this assisted quite a bit and they looked for clarification as appropriate. It is important to remember that when having work done by external providers there is still quite a committment in time to review and comment, in detail where necessary, on the work. They have also been flexible in that, for our own reasons, the project is temporarily on hold and this has been discussed and is not problematic for them. I stress this is the only reason this project is not yet complete.

Comments: Overall this was an excellent experience. Frontpoint was unknown to me and was selected based on thier well defined response to our RFP. I was leary of doing business with a company based many time zones away. Frontpoint turned this concern into an advantage. Modifications requested were completed by the next morning. Their US based project manager was always reachable and returned calls promptly.

Comments: Frontpoint did an outstanding job on a very tight timeline. They delivered on all their promises with a very professional, technically competent team that was quick to respond to all issues. They resolved the ASP / SQL integration issues with our site very quickly and went out of the way to make sure that our deadline was met by working late and through the weekend. We are glad we selected them. Best of all they are courteous and a pleasure to deal with. We are sure to come back to them for more projects and highly recommend them.
