The temperature control system uniformly distributes heat and humidity, maintaining a stable temperature. Patient access is possible through the large front access panel and sleeved entry ports. An optional head end access panel with a slide out mattress is accessible for emergency situations. Stabilization and observation of the infant continues with the heater power indicators, and audible and visual alarms. The capability to carry oxygen and air cylinders is standard and an optional battery pack for transport within the hospital is readily available.
