FrontPoint Systems Online Support is publicly accessible for its customers. Through this interface FrontPoint provides its customers a direct channel for them to interact with the Customer Support division of the organization and have a look at the activities happening on their projects as well as submit a request for more specific services on finished projects.

This way we make sure the interaction between our customers and Customer Support division happens on a real time manner and whatever interactions are happening are also recorded in a chronological and arranged manner for future reference.
