BACKGROUND

We live in a complex world of competing needs and resources and at the same time try to satisfy a market place, which has become extremely competitive and uncertain. In this turbulent marketplace many companies struggle with low margin, poor market valuation and poor customer satisfaction. Financial market wants customers, increasing revenue and healthy profit margin and not buzzword and empty projections. We at FrontPoint Systems specialize in helping mid to small size companies reposition themselves through a series of reviews and analysis to understand and refocus on its core competences, realign organizational structure to make effective use of its critical asset - people and intellectual capital, reduce overhead cost through various strategic cost analysis and process reviews (people, process and technology) and smart outsourcing where it adds value to the bottom line.

- Overhead cost structure and key cost drivers
- Marketing/sales tends and customer relations
- Engineering/product value adds
- Information technology effectiveness
- High level recommendations that becomes the blue prints for detailed analysis, planning, implementation, transition management and monitoring for results

Agreeing to an overall vision and blueprint is critical before individual priority areas are addressed. This will ensure overall synchronization of efforts and smooth transition to a new state when various transformations have to come together in a holistic way.
