BACKGROUND
We live in a complex world of competing needs and resources and at the
same time try to satisfy a market place, which has become extremely
competitive and uncertain. In this turbulent marketplace many companies
struggle with low margin, poor market valuation and poor customer satisfaction.
Financial market wants customers, increasing revenue and healthy profit
margin and not buzzword and empty projections. We at FrontPoint Systems

analysis, planning, implementation, transition management and monitoring

This is a complex and significant undertaking and will require following

and high-level recommendations, which will then lead to detailed analysis,
planning by key priority areas. Agreeing to an overall vision and blueprint
is critical before individual priority areas are addressed. This will
ensure overall synchronization of efforts and smooth transition to a
new state when various transformations have to come together in a holistic
way.
